Comic Strip 1.0 Build 07

Changes in this build

Comic Strip now elevates under Windows Vista (as a temporary measure.)
Back-forward buttons for navagating comics in order added.
For image comics, Comic Strip will automatically go back a day if a comic isn't found for the specified day (and so on, until a comic is found.
The main window is now less cluttered.
Comic Strip now has a proper icon for its executable.
